Terms of Service

Account creation is optional. You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. However, some features are only available to registered users.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host, distribute, or share any illegal or unlawful content
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or malicious code
• Send spam or engage in automated abuse of the platform
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all HTML content you upload to PageCast. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The PageCast name, logo, and branding are the property of PageCast and may not be used without prior written permission.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your content may be permanently removed from our servers.
