At PageCast, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Because PageCast is a digital service that provides instant access upon purchase, our refund policy differs from those of physical products. Please review the details below.
Digital Product Nature
PageCast Pro is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product. Upon successful payment, you are granted immediate access to all Pro features — including unlimited pages, custom URLs, password protection, analytics, and API access. No manual intervention or setup is required; your account is upgraded instantly.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not substantially used the Pro features
- A technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the Service
- You were charged more than once for the same period
Refunds are generally not available if:
- More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
- You have substantially used the Pro features during the billing period
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@olive-labs.com with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after your current period ends
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
Please note that cancellation stops future billing but does not constitute a refund for the current billing period.
